SMS Terms
Last updated: November 3, 2026
These terms cover text messages sent through BajarGo, operated by BAJARGO LLC.
Order texts from stores
When you order from a store that uses BajarGo, you can ask for texts about that order by checking the box at checkout. The box is unchecked, and texts are optional. You can order without them, and agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Texts come from the store’s own number and begin with the store’s name. They cover your order only: for example, that it was received or confirmed, that it is ready for pickup, that a payment is needed, or that there is a problem, a cancellation or a refund. Most orders get 2 to 5 texts.
For delivery orders, the delivery service may text you separately about your courier from its own number.
Alerts for store staff
Store owners and staff can choose to get text alerts about new orders and order problems for their store. How many alerts you get depends on how many orders your store receives.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
How to stop texts
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from that number. You will get one text confirming that you have opted out, and no more texts after that. To start again, reply START, or ask for texts with your next order.
Help
Reply HELP to any text for help, or email support@bajargo.com.
Other terms
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are available on major US carriers.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. We do not share or sell your mobile number or text consent for marketing.
